Terms and Conditions

FRIP is a marketplace that helps people discover spaces and connect with venue owners. Unless we expressly say otherwise, FRIP is not the owner, operator, or host of the spaces listed on the platform and is not a party to the agreement between a client and a venue owner.

You must provide accurate information, keep your account credentials confidential, and promptly update information that changes. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and must notify us if you believe it has been compromised.

You must be legally able to enter into contracts in your place of residence to use booking features.

Venue owners are responsible for the accuracy of their listings, availability, prices, rules, licenses, safety, and compliance with applicable law. Clients are responsible for reviewing a listing and providing truthful booking information before submitting a request.

A booking is confirmed only when the applicable confirmation is shown or sent by FRIP. A request, inquiry, or availability display does not by itself guarantee a booking.

Any price, fee, payment schedule, cancellation term, or refund rule shown at checkout or in a booking confirmation applies to that booking. Additional charges caused by damage, overtime, cleaning, or breach of venue rules may be owed as described in the booking terms.

If a booking cannot proceed, contact FRIP and the relevant venue owner promptly. Refunds and cancellation outcomes depend on the applicable booking terms and mandatory consumer rights.

You may not use FRIP to break the law, misrepresent yourself, infringe another person’s rights, evade fees, scrape or disrupt the service, upload harmful code, harass others, or arrange activities that are unsafe or prohibited by the venue or applicable law.

We may suspend or restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect users, investigate abuse, comply with law, or enforce these Terms.

You retain ownership of content you submit, but you give FRIP permission to host, display, reproduce, and adapt it as needed to operate and promote the service. You must have the rights and permissions required to submit that content.

Reviews and other public content must be honest, relevant, and respectful. We may remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

FRIP is provided on an available basis. To the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee that listings, availability, or the service will always be complete, accurate, uninterrupted, or error-free. Venue owners and clients remain responsible for their agreements and conduct.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited, including mandatory consumer protections.

We may update these Terms when the service or legal requirements change. Continued use of FRIP after an update means that you accept the revised Terms where permitted by law.
